Outreach Builder
Enter your details once, then copy a coach DM or intro email. Your info saves in this browser so you never retype it.
Before You Start
Enter your details once and the builder writes the first message for you, as a direct message or an email. The only part you write from scratch is the reason you're contacting that particular school.
Your profile saves in this browser: name, graduation year, position, high school, height, weight, 40 time, GPA, and your film link. The coach's name, their school, and your reason for writing don't save, because those change with every message. If your film isn't ready yet, start with creating a highlight video.
- 1Fill in your profile onceYour name, graduation year, position, high school, and film link are required. Height, weight, 40 time, and GPA are optional, and the message reads fine without them.
- 2Write the "why this school" line yourselfThis is the one field no template can fill: a specific reason you're writing to this program rather than any other. The builder won't let you copy a message until it's there.
- 3Pick DM or emailThe DM is short and built for X or Instagram, with a character count that flags one running long. The email has room for more detail. Both are editable text before you copy.
- 4Log it after you sendAdd the coach to the Contact Tracker with the date you sent it, so you know when a follow-up is due.
You'll have a message ready to paste, and a saved profile that makes the next one take a minute.

Your Message
A short, direct DM is the modern first touch on X/Twitter or Instagram. Keep it under 1000 characters. Edit anything below before you copy.
Fill in Your name, Graduation year, Position, High school, Highlight film link, Coach's name, Coach's school, Why this school to copy.
Before you hit send
- Lead with one specific, true reason you want this program. Coaches spot copy-paste blasts instantly.
- Follow the coach first. A clean, public profile and a real follow signal you're serious.
- Keep the DM short. Your film does the talking, so make sure the link works before you send.
- Send the email as a follow-up, not a replacement. Different coaches live in different inboxes.
