Recruiting Tools

A recruiting service sells a family a few things: a plan for the year, a profile, messages to coaches, a list of who's been contacted, and someone to tell you what an offer is worth. You can do every one of those yourself. What it takes is knowing what belongs in each one, which is what the guides in the resource library cover, and somewhere to keep the work while you do it. These tools hold your course list, your plan for the year, the coaches you've written and what you sent them, and the offers you're weighing.

They run in the order the process does. First find out whether your classes and grades clear the NCAA's academic bar, because that decides which divisions are open to you. Then map what belongs to the year you're in. Then write coaches, log what comes back, and follow up on the threads that go quiet. At the end, when award letters arrive, compare them on what each school would actually cost your family.

Everything you enter is saved by your own browser on the device you entered it on, and none of it reaches us. That has two consequences worth knowing before you start. Your work doesn't follow you to another phone or laptop, and clearing your browser data clears it. Print your checklist and your core-course estimate, and export your coach list to CSV, so the important parts exist somewhere other than one browser.
